Menu ≡ → Feedback senden … opens your mail app with a prepared message. Version and system are already filled in, nothing else, and you see everything before you send it.
Tell us what isn't right
A bug, a wish, a question: every message gets read, and many of the improvements in the changelog started this way.

To feedback@aszendra.com. That works even if Aszendra no longer starts at all.
What helps in a bug report
- The version. It's shown at the top of the settings, next to the name.
- The system, for example macOS 15 or Windows 11.
- What you did, step by step, so the bug can be reproduced.
- What happened, and what you expected. A screenshot often says more than a paragraph.
Please don't include
Passwords, your vault's recovery code or any other credentials. We never ask for them.
Found a security vulnerability?
Then please not publicly and not to this address, but to security@aszendra.com. How we handle it is described under Security.
